Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
- Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and client information.
- Customer Service: Assist clients and vendors with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Office Organization: Keep the office environment organized and efficient, including managing office supplies and equipment.
- Assist with Projects: Support various departments with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field are a plus.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Office Assistant, Receptionist, or in another relevant administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
